Approximately 4.5 hours after departure, the group of employees of Vina Takeuchi Co., Ltd, consisting of 30 members, landed at Hiroshima Airport.

From the airport, we moved to Mihara city, where the main headquarters of the Group is located.
\nWe made first stop at the construction site of the future headquarters, named Sakura-yama. Here, the stone wall construction has been completed. This stone wall is made of the most durable and highest-quality stone in Japan, constructed by a renowned team of experts who have undertaken major projects in Japan. Leaving Sakura-yama, our group headed straight to headquarters. The Chairman of Takeuchi Group, members of the board of directors, and the Managing Director of Takeuchi Construction Inc. welcomed us.

In the morning, we moved to Setoda city to visit Kousanji Temple and the Hill of Hope.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nDuring lunchtime, we stopped to have lunch and do some quick shopping in Onomichi tourist city.
\nIn the afternoon, we attended the Quarterly Meeting of the entire Group. During the meeting, the financial report for the first half of the fiscal year, which achieved the annual target of the Group, was presented. This is a very encouraging achievement, demonstrating the great potential for the development of the Group.<\/p>\n![\"2024.11.01](\"https:\/\/vina-takeuchi.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/DSC00992-1024x683.jpg\")
<\/a><\/p>\nIn part 2 of the meeting, each department reported on the progress of their goals and received feedback from other departments. Vina Takeuchi was honored to have made significant contributions to achieving its goals and the goals of other departments within the Group.
\nExternal officials invited to the meeting also sent their congratulations for the outstanding achievements of the Group, praised the youth and contributions of Vina Takeuchi, and expressed their belief that the Group will continue to grow.
\nAfter the meeting, the guests and all employees of the Group gathered for a dinner. Conversations and interactions were opened up. People gradually became more harmonious and understanding of each other. The dinner ended with a dramatic game of rock-paper-scissors, with a prize of up to 50,000 yen for the final winner. Saturday, November 2, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n
In the morning, the entire Group participated in a study session to reinforce the Takeuchi Way Corporate Culture of the Group. The business philosophy and the 5 business principles that all employees recite together before starting work everyday were once again reiterated and explained. Through this study session, the Chairman hopes that each employee will remember and understand the core values of the Group, so that every member can see their role and responsibility in maintaining and developing the Group for thousands of years.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nNext was group discussion activity, where employees from corresponding departments of companies within the Group formed groups. The members in each group exchanged information about their department’s work, discussed issues that needed advice, shared their achievements, and introduced their projects. The purpose of the discussion was to foster relationships and enhance information exchange and support among employees working in the same departments across the companies within the Group. After the discussion, each group summarized the content exchanged and presented it to receive feedback and contributions.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nA game of passing messages using pictures. Although the result was far from the original message, it created a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nLastly, a game of creating models of the exclusive foundation types of the Group using paper. This was the most visual way for members who were not in the construction engineering field to have a clear understanding of the different types of foundations.

<\/a><\/p>\nIn the evening, the entire Group\u2019s employees had an intimate dinner together. By this time, faces had become more familiar and closer. Vina Takeuchi’s employees kicked off the program with a dance performance and singing the song “Travel around Viet Nam”. The red costumes with yellow stars stood out among the audience, symbolizing the thirst of Vina Takeuchi in training talents, constantly striving, demonstrating the courage and responsibility of the Vietnamese people. We would like to thank Takeuchi Construction Inc. for always welcoming, valuing, nurturing, and creating opportunities for each Vietnamese employee to grow, not only in Vietnam but also in Japan.<\/p>\n
