2025.01.16 VINA TAKEUCHI INTEGRITY WORKSHOP: “SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY”

On January 16, Vina Takeuchi organized an internal Integrity workshop with the theme "Sense of Responsibility". During the workshop, the Integrity Executive Office provided some basic information about the sense of responsibility, including:

• Definition
• Types of responsibility
• Characteristics of individuals with high levels of responsibility and those without
• Benefits of having a high level of responsibility
• Drawbacks of having an excessive level of responsibility
• Considerations when enhancing the sense of responsibility

Additionally, a significant portion of the workshop was dedicated to team discussions and finding solutions for provided matters. Afterwards, teams presented their findings and received questions and feedback from other teams.

The chosen theme was quite close to participants, and active discussions were held. Below are some images from the workshop.

To build a Corporate social responsibility, each member needs to have a sense of responsibility. Through the Integrity Workshops, Vina Takeuchi aims to raise awareness among employees not only about compliance with laws and company regulations but also about adhering to manners and social ethics.
