※Staff Position:

- Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in construction, Construction economics, Mechanical and Electrical, Water supply & drainage from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and Hanoi Architecture University;

- Japanese language proficiency: The job requires the use of Japanese. The company will provide training for employees who do not know Japanese, but employees must be willing to learn Japanese;

- Persistent, eager to learn, meticulous, careful, and honest;

- Attitude: Flexible, open to change, responsible in work, and ambitious.

※Team Leader Position

- Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in construction, Construction economics, Mechanical and Electrical, Water supply & drainage from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and Hanoi Architecture University;

- At least 3 years of experience; capable of independently handling client interactions and related procedures;

- Possess professional certificates (structural design, construction supervision, etc.);

- Have working experience at Japanese companies and Japanese language proficiency of N3 level or higher;

- Persistent, eager to learn, meticulous, careful, and honest; sharp, decisive, responsible in work; analytical and synthetic thinking;

- Attitude: Flexible, open to change, responsible in work, ambitious, and transparent.

- Design TNF foundation structures;

- Design civil and industrial structures;

- Perform finite element analysis (FEM);

- Prepare design reports;

- Contribute to the achievement of department's goals.

- Create project plans;

- Communicate with stakeholders to exchange information;

- Create reports, documentation, and sketches to submit to board of management;

- Participate in recruitment, training, mentoring of new and existing staff, assign and remind staff to complete tasks;

- Manage the team, team's objectives, and contribute to the achievement of company's goals;

- Design TNF foundation structures;

- Supervise construction activities
