Receive project design documents, such as architectural drawings, structural drawings, and BIM models from Structural Design Department, then select and compile the necessary information and documentation to serve the implementation of construction drawings. The number of required construction tasks and drawings will vary for each distinct project and depend on the specific needs. Nevertheless, the projects all have the same characteristic of implementing construction using Takeuchi Group’s proprietary TNF method.

Collaborate with Takeuchi Construction Inc.'s departments to exchange information

Efficient and precise construction drawing necessitates the crucial step of establishing communication and information exchange with the relevant departments at Takeuchi Construction Inc. There are 3 primary departments that require communication and information sharing, as outlined below:

  • Design Department: Require verification of the authenticity of the architectural, structural drawings, or BIM models recently received. Prompt and precise communication is necessary for any modifications that occur during the design phase.
  • Laboratory Department: Confirm information related to the experimental results (cement mixing ratio), Points to note that were identified during the experiment.
  • Construction Department: Require a discussion on construction techniques and construction management in order to modify construction drawing plans to be more suited and efficient for the construction process. Furthermore, it is necessary to confirm the completion time of the drawings and any changes during the construction process. Based on this information, adjust the personnel appropriately to ensure the drawings are completed on time as required.
