Vina Takeuchi Intergrity Workshop 06.2024

Recently, Vina Takeuchi organized an Integrity Workshop for company employees. This workshop aimed to enhance employees' awareness of integrity in their work and to help them better understand how to apply integrity in their daily lives. Additionally, the workshop not only helped build trust and respect among employees but also contributed to fostering Vina Takeuchi's culture based on honesty, transparency, and responsibility.

The June "Integrity Workshop" with the theme "Labor Laws and Information Security" provided employees with the following insights:

• Understanding and complying with labor laws regarding overtime work.
• Discussing and proposing solutions for both individuals and the organization to reduce overtime hours.
• Understanding and adhering to regulations concerning organizational and personal information security.
• Discussing potential risks that could lead to information leaks and identifying preventive measures.
