Vina Takeuchi Co., Ltd was established on October 17, 2016 with 100% capital from Takeuchi Construction Inc. (Japan) and officially commenced its business operations in the Vietnamese market on March 10, 2019. As part of the Takeuchi Group ecosystem, alongside Takeuchi Construction Inc., Vina Takeuchi Co., Ltd has gradually developed and expanded its business in Vietnam.

Takeuchi Group is known for its self-research and development of an exclusive technology for soft ground improvement and reinforcement called TNF. After more than 30 years of construction and development, Takeuchi Group has become one of the leading companies in the field of reinforcing soft ground for factories, supermarkets, and schools in Japan.

In order to effectively expand our operations in Vietnam, we place significant emphasis on the development of human capital across many sectors, including Construction Management, Design, Bidding and IT.

Under the motto “Continuously Innovating as A Collective”, we take direct responsibility for organizing or funding professional training to enhance employees’ specialized knowledge and professional work approach. Accounting & Administration

Roles: Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company, including:

  • Plan and strategy preparation
  • Organization and management of Administration & Human resources

R&D

Roles:

  • Researching the application of BIM in the design, estimation, and construction process
  • Building/Maintaining/Updating BIM Package (Template, Addin, etc.) from design to construction

Structural Design

Roles:

  • Implementing foundational structural design based on exclusive technology of TNF, TNF2.0, TNF-D, TNF-DD, TNF-hybrid, TNF-WT, T-BAGS
  • Designing steel structures according to Japanese standards
  • Researching and developing new technologies
  • Expanding and developing structural design in Vietnamese market

Consisting of 2 teams: Estimation and Construction

Estimation team:

  • Estimating data related to TNF, TNF2.0, TNF-D, TNF-DD, TNF-hybrid, TNF-WT, T-BAGS construction methods
  • Forming the basis for negotiation and signing contracts with customers

Construction team:

Roles:

  • Building plan and process, implementing construction
  • Managing safety – quality – progress – estimation
  • Implementing construction drawings
  • Applying ICT, BIM in the construction of TNF, TNF2.0, TNF-D, TNF-DD, TNF-hybrid, TNF-WT, T-BAGS
IT

Roles:

  • Creating products that enhance the quality, efficiency, reduce costs for construction management, personnel management, and business processes
  • Building sustainable applications with scalability and easy maintenance
  • Applying IT in the operations of other departments

  • Round 1 interview: Interview with the leadership team of Vina Takeuchi
  • Candidates who pass the round 1 interview will:

– Attend the Takeuchi Way seminar + Write a 300-word essay in Vietnamese/English on a provided topic
– Complete 3 personality tests
– Prepare a self-introduction PowerPoint presentation (in English) for the round 2 interview

  • Round 2 interview: Direct interview with the leadership team of Takeuchi Group
