I have gained 2 years of experience in construction management at Takeuchi Construction Inc., specializing in TNF technology. Additionally, I have over 2 years of experience in steel structural design and TNF technology foundation design. Furthermore, I have actively engaged in customer interactions, conducted thorough structural evaluations, and actively contributed to initiatives focused on studying and advancing novel technologies.

In June 2020, I was transferred to VINA TAKEUCHI Company as the Head of Structural Design and participated in business management activities.

In April 2023, I was appointed as the General Director of VINA TAKEUCHI, as well as the Head of Structural Design.

In the near future, I am determined, along with all the employees, to introduce TNF technology to the Vietnamese construction market and contribute its advantages to the community and society.

I am currently working in the Accounting & Administration Department, responsible for Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, Training and related tasks such as equipment and asset management.

Work experience

I have worked at Takeuchi Construction Inc. as a Manager in the Estimation Department. My main responsibilities included preparing cost estimates for projects related to the TNF method. Additionally, I managed and liaised with clients and the internal Estimation Department of Takeuchi Construction Inc.

At the end of 2020, I was transferred to VINA TAKEUCHI with a similar role and additional management tasks.

Currently, I have transferred back to Takeuchi Construction Inc. and taken on the role in the Management Department, handling administrative and human resources management, recruitment, and other general management tasks.

In the future, I will strive to establish cost calculation methods and cost estimates, as well as build a documentation system for TNF application projects in Vietnam.

I have worked at Takeuchi Construction Inc. as a Construction Site Supervisor. With the approval of the company’s leadership, I was then transferred to Vina Takeuchi to work in the FEM department, analyzing the safety of structures and providing design solutions to mitigate settlement and liquefaction. Additionally, I have taken on various roles in the recruitment and construction teams of Vina Takeuchi.

My goal is to develop the application of FEM in analyzing the displacement of weak ground for projects designed by Vina Takeuchi in Vietnam. Accordingly, I aim to propose suitable solutions and reduce foundation costs. In the future, I plan to contribute to the establishment of a professional and high-quality construction team within Vina Takeuchi in Vietnam, meeting the needs of customers.
