Job Description
1. General Affairs (Main job 80%)
- Responsible for procedures for work permits, business trip visa, updating various licenses of the Company, in accordance with current laws
- Managing files, documents, and internal Company materials
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and Company facilities
- Preparing documents and regular reports for the parent Company in Japan
- Managing internal accounting files and procedures
- Supporting other general affairs tasks as requested by superiors
2. Human Resources (20%)
- Managing employee records, labor contracts, social insurance, attendance records, and salary calculation
- Updating Labor Regulations, Company regulations
- Managing recruitment activities, carrying out procedures for receiving new employees, and integration training
- Conducting employee training
- Supporting other HR tasks as requested by superiors
Job Requirements
※Language, experience, and skills requirements:
- Graduated from University majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Have 3 years of experience working in a General Affairs position in a Japanese company
- Preferably have experience working in construction companies (drafting contracts, legal aspects of construction, customer correspondence, etc.)
- Proficiency in Japanese at N2 communication level.
- Experience in translating Board of Directors meetings
- Proficient in office computer skills (MS Office, Misa)
