FRONT-END DEVELOPER (NEXT.JS / REACT)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer (Next.js / React) to build and maintain internal web applications that optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance user experience. You’ll work closely with our Backend and AI engineers, as well as internal users, to:

• Design and develop intuitive UI components and dashboards.
• Improve UI/UX and performance based on real usage feedback.
• Ensure the system is responsive, accessible, and scalable.
• Deliver clean, maintainable code following best practices.

2. REQUIREMENT (MUST HAVE)

• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Solid experience using TypeScript in production.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI component libraries (MUI, shadcn/ui, or similar).
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
• Experience building and validating forms using React Hook Form or similar libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration (Axios or equivalent).
• Good sense of UI/UX design, attention to detail, and usability.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3. NICE TO HAVE

• Experience building complex, interactive UIs (e.g. AI chatbots, assistants, real-time or streaming interfaces).
• Experience integrating AI-powered APIs or services into front-end applications.
• Experience using modern tools and platforms to support UI design, prototyping, and development workflows.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility (a11y).
• Product-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve internal systems.

4. WORKING DETAILS

• Working address: Ground floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, HCMC, Vietnam
• Holiday: Sat, Sun, National holidays
• Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Luch time: 12:00 – 13:00)
• Salary: Negotiate and depend on candidate’s ability
